Our aim is to take the stress out of freehold ownership and provide a comprehensive service to maintain and improve the standard of your development. This means managing the development objectively and honestly, for the good of all parties, i.e. the freeholder and the lessees. We find that all too often landlords and lessess are at loggerheads. Therefore, our approach is to improve communication, set objectives and abide by the terms of the lease and current legislation. We want a win-win situation for freeholders and lessees.
